What is the Exchange policy on Mayori Jaipur ?

MAYORI ,company policy does not provide Refund. However we are happy to exchange a garment for size and style if it doesn't fit or you want something else instead.

You need to intimidate us within 48 hours or 2 days of receiving the garment of your wish to exchange. Kindly email the details on info@mayori.in

Team Mayori is mostly likely to acknowledge your request and get in touch with you within two working days of receipt of the email. If the request is made in the stipulated time we are happy to facilitate an exchange once we receive the return courier.

Please note that as of now we don't have a return pick up facility and you will have to dispatch the parcel yourself. Please don't forget to take an acknowledgement receipt from the courier company as Mayori is not responsible for any lost return couriers.

Once we receive the parcel, we will initiate the exchange process.

The new courier will be sent to you on Mayori's account but the return couriers expense to be borne by client.

  • DETAILED POLICY
  1. Garments from the "Sale" section or on a discount are not eligible for an exchange.
  2. An exchange request can be made only within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged with all its labels and tags completely intact in original packaging are eligible for exchange.
  4. Please mention your name, address, tel. no., mail address and order ID on the parcel and with the size needed to be exchanged. 
  5. Please note that exchange is allowed once per order only.
  6. Size or style exchange is available for a bigger or smaller size equal to the amount of the exchange product minus COD or delivery charged that were applicable.
  7. Store credit equaling the amount of the exchanged product less COD or shipping is valid for 30 days, incase you can't make up your mind on the exchange immediately.
  8. Customized or a size is unavailable with us or made with measurements garments are not eligible for exchange.
  • Can I cancel my order?Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
    You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order or prepaid order and get a refund within 24 hours of placing the order. Please call us on +919521251679  or write to us at info@mayori.in to request a cancellation.
  • How will I receive the credit for my money when desired size or style of the exchange product is not available? The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use in next 30 days on the Mayori Jaipur website. Please make sure that you use the credit in one go.
  • Can I exchange a part of my order? Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please do note that items on SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • My garment does not fit me. What can I do?If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request for a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you for any size exchanges, alterations subject to availability. In case the size you have requested is not available we will offer you the option to get credit note to buy something else.
  • Why my exchange is not accepted?We endeavor to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.
    • Exchange/Return not accepted if Customer does not like the material or colour of the dress, we suggest that the customer should read the product description & have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also call us to know more details about the product if needed.
    • Our products are made and handled by human involving various processes. There is bound to be variations in color, finish and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
    • 10-12% Colour difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
    • Exchange/Return not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
    • Purchase made from SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All the sale, discounted, brought with a coupon and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non refundable & non exchangeable.
    • We take utmost care to dispatch a correct order but human errors are sometimes inevitable. Incase you feel you have received an incorrect or incomplete order from us, kindly email us on info@mayori.in within 48 hours or 2 days on receiving the parcel, we record all our deliveries. Incase there is a genuine error we will pay or return and rectify our mistake, but the intimidation needs to happen within 48 hours to us.
